I guess I am the "Go To" house for the teenagers: About 1:30pm a flock of boys came in the door (unexpected; this is not my week with Duncan), because "Meatloaf is cheaper than subway." Meatloaf quesadillas with leftover pecan rice and pepper jack cheese, Meatloaf with wasabi sauce, Meatloaf sandwiches with hot mustard, meatloaf slices stacked

That was pretty much their reaction, too -- they decided they would rather eat the wasabi sauce (sort of a like an aioli) would be better on hotdogs than meatloaf. But they decided it was nice and spicey!!!

Wasabi is good on nuts, too. Diamond has a wasabi-and-almonds combo that really grows on you -- but you have to make it through the first two handfuls.

We have a can of Wasabi & dried Peas that are apparently good, but I haven't been able to get through the first few yet ;-)
