Chapter 11: Sleepless in my Bedroom
I spent hours online. I feel pathetic, but I was perusing a dating website. At this point in the night I ask myself if there's even a point in going to sleep. So I figure I'm going to go to bed and knit, from thereon in whatever happens happens. I will no doubt watch infomercials and the like.
It seems hypocritical as I spent much time this year lecturing people on how they need to sleep, and now here I am doing the exact opposite. I suppose this summer will be one of "rule-breaking"
On a third note, I found myself to become philosophical while rolling yarn for my knitting. I thought to myself: "Why bother lying to yourself, because only YOU get hurt". So in the end, the worst person to lie to is yourself! Lesson learned!
