Hello all!
We made it to LA safe and sound...even though we almost didn't even make it out of Edmonton. That stupid alarm clock never has a problem working when it has to go off insanely early for practice. How come when its really important it decided to not work for us? Needless to say, Bella and I were running around frantically yesterday morning when we overslept and realized that we could possibly miss our plane. Thankfully we made the plane in time and somewhat navigated our way through the LA airport with the help of many random strangers! LOL...we were so completely lost!
This morning we all got up semi early and hit up the beach some more. I think Bella and I might not be able to give up the whole beach thing. It's just way too relaxing to sit in the sun for hours on end...plus I get to see Bella in a bikini (which I enjoy alot!)
After the beach, we came back to the house and showered and whatnot and went out to lunch at this nice restaurant that overlooks the water and you can eat outside and everything. There's just something really relaxing about hearing the seagulls and hearing the waves crashing in the background.
The girls went off on a shopping spree...one of what I'm sure will be many ;) Michael and I opted to stay back at the house while they wandered through shop after shop. We're all set with that ;) Michael is setting up the Playstation as we speak and we're going to have a mini-marathon of video games until the girls get back. Knowing them however, we could be here all night ;)
