Time off for good behavior.
Things here have finally gotten to the point where i can take a vacation. That's right, a vacation. The first one since 2003. I was unable to go see my Dad when he passed away in 2006 because of the situation here, so I am making sure I will visit my Mom and brothers while I have a chance. I'm leaving here on the 5th of July and returning on the 19th (the monthly invoice is due on the 20th).
From the 5th to the 15th, I'll be in Virginia, visiting my Mom and brothers. From the 15th - 17th, I'll be in Washington State, visiting a special friend. I leave on the 17th and lose a day coming back this direction. if there are people I know close enough, I might try and schedule some meet-ups. I don't know if I'll have transportation at either locale.
