Well.  Mandy Patinkin has walked.  I'm pretty sad about it all, because I love the show and all the characters, and although I'll keep watching because I know I'll grow to like his replacement (and of course, because of the amazing storylines, brilliant writing, and stellar cast), I really wish it didn't have to happen the way it did.  I understand Ed Bernero being pissed off, and the rest of the cast feeling hurt and abandoned, but I also really, really hope Mandy is ok.  At least he's left the rest of the cast messages saying he'll talk to them soon - I guess as long as they get some kind of closure on this it'll all be ok.  *Sigh*.  I'll miss Gideon - CM just started airing here again last night, and it reminded me of just how fascinating he is.  Ah well.  There's always the fic.  I'll write more soon.
And there's always the Harry Potter too!  After all the CM angst, I needed a little happy, and Deathly Hallows hit the spot nicely.  I hope all others who are so inclined also enjoyed the Harry :)
