Web site: you're doin' it wrong....
So earlier today, I went on Bic's so-called online shopping web site (yeah, Bic, the people who make pens, disposable razors, disposable lighters, and the like). I wanted to buy a particular type of their disposable razors that they still make, but that aren't carried in any of the local stores around here (not that I've been able to find, anyway).
I found the thing I wanted, clicked the "Order Now" button, and was presented with a web form where you have to specify quantity, fill in your name and shipping information, and then ... print the form out and mail it to them with a check...
I'm guessing that they haven't gotten around to implementing online order processing and credit card acceptance because their corporate IT staff is too busy partyin' like it's 1995...
