Took it to the limit

For the record, I'm still excited (too excited?) about my forthcoming jamonero stand and knife, and all the evenings of ham in my future. Not even sleep killed the dream. But I've pushed myself too hard.

Last night I went out with a coworker to discuss some stuff. Over burgers at Pete's, sittin outside. Burgers and Malbec! It was a great night.

Until it wasn't so great anymore. I guess there is a point where one's body just stops working on meat. My body seems to be saying "cut it out already or else we're through." My body is trying to break up with me. And I'd let it if I could and go find another. But I can't.

I just had a vegetarian lunch.
