Serena looking for personal redemption following her meltdown at the 2009 U.S. Open last September when a lineswoman called a foot fault on Serena in the semifinals resulting a tirade and national furor over it weighed heavily on her, though she'd never admit to it. She proved as much with her play in Melbourne Australia over the past two weeks, taking the title defeating Henin 6-4, 3-6, 6-2.
