Saya enters the city just the same as everyone else has and just as confused. Suzaku speaks to her initially as Saya reveals that she is an alien and has spoken of her home world. Initial contact proved fruitless in revealing the city's origin. Sokka and Saya talk about eating habits. Nothing of use here.

Jean-Luc Picard- enters the city and mentions a man named Q. Apparently he's a captain of a vessel that has been a part of the conversation. Though I'm having a little trouble understanding how a train would be on a ship no matter the size.
