Book Reading Poll
Who has read the Anne of Green Gables stories and at what age did you read them? Did you enjoy them or not?
I remember being introduced to a few books in seventh and eighth grades by a few of you, A Wrinkle in Time and the series of Narnia books for starters. But I cannot remember anyone reading Anne of Green Gables. I know I had heard of them, but I never read them for myself until about 9 years ago. When I did, I was enthralled and read them all quickly. I loved those books.
I've just reread AofGG to Ella and was reminded of the feelings the books evoked in me at my first reading and it made me curious about the rest of my friends and any experiences you may have had.
