Doesn't it suck in almost any situation, deadlines always crop up during the holidays? Whether you're in school or at work, everything always feels super important and rushed during this time of year that it's hard to step back and enjoy it.
Well fuck it, I'm going to step back and enjoy it. Once you stop caring about deadlines and your future as a fully-functional human being, life just becomes a lot more wonderful. That's incorrect English but LOOK AT ME, I DON'T CAAAAAARE.
My gifts for my Spanish homies are almost done. All post cards are written on, all pictures are separated and written on, cookies and candies are distributed, and all that's left to do are the mix CDs and duct taping the shit out of those boxes. The real pain in the ass is finding the time to drop them off at the post office because two are international so I'll have to wait in line for that. UGHHH WHY. I'm really really excited though, they're going to love their little prezzies.

-FINISH MY GODDAMN LETTER OF INTENT
-email everyone my CV/letter
-apply to the grad schools (worry about the departments later)

-study for the GRE (ha!)
-drop off packages at post office
-create a budget for Disneyland
-go shopping because your life sucks
-um, ever plan on fixing your tattoo missy?

12/05: Deposition, bring donuts because my bosses are a bunch of fatties and make sure we have plenty of milk?
12/06: Have the list of doctors/lawyers ready for gifts and shit
12/07: STONYFEST (holy shit your mix better be done by this date!)
12/07: last day to turn in TAX RETURNS MOHINDER
12/07: I'm pretty sure we're seeing Cinderella? Watch Pearl Harbor too, PEARL HARBORRRRR
12/08: Dinner with Sam and Marion
12/09: 4 hour long GRE test after work (great.)
12/10: apply to your first grad school (HOLLA)
12/12: Disneyland mothafuckas
12/16: Mail out all Christmas cards/gifts for work
12/17: Mom's birthday (reserve the tea place!)
12/19: you have to go Christmas shopping this day, you literally have no other day to do it
12/21: NUTS WILL BE CRACKIN IN SAN FRAN
12/22: Christmas party I'm reaaaaaaaaally not looking forward to (maybe I should go christmas shopping?)
12/23: apply to your second grad school (what whaaaaat)
