Today's just was just about trying to keep up with the workout. I didn't necessarily look forward to the run today but I know it was necessary in the grand scheme of things.
Hopefully I will feel better about Saturday's run. Saturday will be the last long run before the race. I am using the taper schedule from the November Runner's World because the 3 week schedule I used before was just want too long and I got too antsy.
Overall I did well. Not too fast but not too slow. My 5K time was at 45:05 so that puts me at just under 15:00 minute miles.
