Push Harder

Today's training run went really well. I opted for a mile warm up instead of my usual half mile because of the cold weather. I wanted to make sure that my legs werent going to freak out with the running. :)

I did my 3 walk/2 run interval and just about completed all of the runs. I only wimped out on the last two for a total of 2 minutes or so. No bad considering all that has gone on recently. At 25 minutes in I realized I could hit a 5K in under 45 minutes so I pushed really hard. Honestly I probably pushed too hard on one of my intervals. So instead I ended with a 45:50 5K which I am not complaining about.

Overall, It's a happy day.
