I remember on the drive to Canada, I got in a conversation with my moms friends about our favorite seasons.
And just comparing Fall and Spring together - One being my favorite season, and the other being one of theres - brought a simple realization about.
Death Is just as beautiful as life.
In the fall, leaves start to change color and [as the nutrients are cut off to the leaves by the tree - if you really wanted to know why - but as we'll go with] die. The air becomes crisp and cool.
The sound of leaves crunching under your shoes as you walk out side.
All the colors and smells and over all feel of fall is amazing to me.
Where as in spring everything blossoms and comes alive, new life begins, and creatures begin to make there journeys out of hibernation. Everythings full of life, and energy.
Just like life and death.
In retrospect it all goes in the same way.
But i think I may have confused myself by trying to explain that the best I could ... I think you'll notice my imagery on spring is a little lacking - but hey ... its not my season.
