August birthdays
One thing about being born in August - the weather is usually STINKIN' HOT! This year is no exception. We haven't been able to open up the house at night more than twice in the past 10 days.
Work is particularly sucky, as a co-worker is out recuperating from knee replacement surgery for at least another month. And the other member of the support staff is going out for surgery in two weeks, and she'll be out for 4-6 weeks.. SO that's 2 weeks I will be on my own. And we switch to the new management system during that time.
Truly this has not been a fun summer.
So yeah. Not feelin' it this year.
