we went and saw minipop tonight (w/ dios malos, Swords, and Built Like Alaska), and it was the best show so far. i found out that my friend tiila, and her boyfriend john (who is one of the guitarist of minipop) are engaged! so exciting. they are really quite lovely together. amber came along and we only watched minipop play. i finally saw the back stage of the Great American Music Hall, and it beats out the one at the Independent by a landslide. watch your head though, the ceiling is low.
