Week 4

So, this week I actually lost a little bit of weight as of Sunday night, and I totally didn't deserve to, I was pretty poorly behaved this week.  As my first week back at school, I definitely didn't have much time to cook, and I hit the drive-thru far too much.  I need to find a way to be good Thursday-Sunday.  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are no ( Read more... )

One of my "eating healthy" tools from being an over-committed, overworked college student was to do all my grocery shopping well in advance of actually needing food. I ended up doing one major shopping trip a week and the occasional supplementary trip if I'd forgotten or run out of something I needed...

It really helped me to eat healthy if I planned out the meals for the week beforehand. It doesn't have to be set in stone, just know you have the ingredients in the house to make 5 or 6 healthy dinners (hopefully with leftovers from each!) and soon you'll be eating healthy food because it's the closest thing to the front of your fridge. :)
