It really helped me to eat healthy if I planned out the meals for the week beforehand. It doesn't have to be set in stone, just know you have the ingredients in the house to make 5 or 6 healthy dinners (hopefully with leftovers from each!) and soon you'll be eating healthy food because it's the closest thing to the front of your fridge. :)
