So, this week I actually lost a little bit of weight as of Sunday night, and I totally didn't deserve to, I was pretty poorly behaved this week. As my first week back at school, I definitely didn't have much time to cook, and I hit the drive-thru far too much. I need to find a way to be good Thursday-Sunday. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are no problem for me, but it's like something snaps in my brain on Thursday morning and decides that the stuff I eat four days out of the week doesn't count. -.- That is clearly what is keeping me from my goals. As of Sunday Morning, I was down 5 pounds total. Not sure what the actual weight watchers scale will say at my meeting today, but we'll see. I think I'll try my hand at cooking tastey stuff this week and see if that helps me to be a little more motivated to eat healthy. I'm gonna try spinach and quinoa, and a healthy version of chicken puttanesca. Okay, back to work.
