Reginald's been having one of his days where if he's out and about, he's chewing on things he's not supposed to (the lampshade, the antique map of Europe, etc.) but if he's in his cage, he's screaming because we're not in there. That's always something I've struggled with! My meyers, Bartleby, would love to be in other rooms with people rather than in my bedroom all day, but he just wants to sit on me, or chew on stuff he shouldn't, or just be in the way of us eating. I live with my neat-freak mom though, and she just refuses to have to look at a dirty cage all the time, so we wait til I can move out.

I'm glad you're able to have a solution everyone is happy with :)
