pantry moths

I'm trying to cut down/eradicate our pantry moth population.

*shakes fist dramatically*

They are driving me bonkers. Do you guys have any tips? Freezing seed for 24 hours or so doesn't seem to have much of an affect. Perhaps I should leave the entire bag frozen and only take out daily what I need. (I feel like I may have just answered my own question now lol)

I can't for the life of me find any pantry moth traps in my area, so I'll probably be ordering some soon (I've held off on this for so long for some reason...) Our birds eat Zupreem Natural and also have some seed (Kaytee cockatiel...yea I'm aware of Kaytee's bird mills now and am looking into other brands) Are their any brands with...less moths? Or is it inevitable? I talked to one breeder a while back that said it's unavoidable and if they were mothless then they were probably chemically treated, not sure how accurate he is.

So, guys! pantry moth avoidance tips? Is traps the best I can do really?

Thanks!
