CNY Cooking
Testing the LJ Gallery function.
This year CNY, we made carrot cake again. Actually, Richard made it. I gave the instructions, he was my 'hands'. I think it turned out not too bad, considering we could only steam with the wok, which means we gotta keep adding boiling water.
Besides the carrot cake, we also made chocolate chip cookies. Again, Richard was my 'hands'. But in the end, he got so good at it he made the subsequent batches all on his own and even could fine tune the recipe.
Not too bad for CNY, since we took 2 days to do all these on top of having to manage Darren.
LJ Gallery function is not very good. Will have to tweak this entry again later. Gotta attend to Darren now.
