Here is a quick-list of all the most recent additions to the Parcell Press catalog. This is also another reminder to please join the Parcell Press monthly E-mail newsletter club. I'll be giving more cohesive and complete updates through it, along with all kinds of shit you'll never know or find out about without being a friend of Parcell Press. LITTLE THUNDERCLOUD - a personal zine written in stream-of-consciousness style.
LOVELY UGLY CRUEL WORLD #7, #8, #10 - "a serial comic by AR about important things, like life, death, cigarettes, and getting over high school."
MAKING STUFF & DOING THINGS - this is aptly subtitled "a DIY guide to doing just about everything." Includes over 115 sets of instructions divided into 15 categories. An essential resource.
THE CIA MAKES SCIENCE FICTION UNEXCITING #3 - the zine for dissidents, this issue "takes a look at the way the PATRIOT Act and post 9/11 'security' changed our civil liberties and infringed upon basic American rights."
PHILLY ZINE FEST DIARY 2005 - Elsie of Chinese Sweatshop zine put together a detailed chronicle of her time at this year's Philly Zine Fest.
ELEPHANT MESS #15 - this issue of Dan's zine is the "unreviews" issue and includes unreviews of dumpster diving, writing as a career, and idaho, to name a few.
THE MEDIA WHORE FEMINIST LITERATURE REVIEW - an issue of Media Whore with a swollen review section with lots to say about lots of feminist page turners in both book and zine format.
BROKEN - another artist-book style creation from Elsie of Chinese Sweatshop zine. A rubber-stamped poem serves as the zine's text, and the visuals are mixed media.
