If anyone ever asks you to sweep up beads of silica gel, or suggests that you sweep up some beads of silica gel, my professional advice is this: say no, and then go do something mean to whoever it was who asked/suggested, because unless they are making a pathetic face because it's their mess and they need help, chances are they don't like you.
