involves selective coloring.

This is the first tutorial I've ever made, so please tell me if theres anything you need explaining on or if it doesn't make sense!

1. Open your base, crop it and prep it the way you usually would. I used this lovely picture of Emma Watson.

2. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color and set it to:
Reds:
C: -100
M: +45
Y: +60
B: +10

Yellows:
C: -100
M: +100
Y: +100
B: +12

Cyans:
C: +100
M: -100
Y: +100
B: +30

Blues:
C: +100
M: +80
Y: +50
B: +30

Nuetrals:
C: +10
M: +10
Y: +30
B: +10

3. Insert a new layer and use the paint bucket tool to fill it in with a dark blue (#040b26). Set it to exclusion.

4. Duplicate your base layer and drag it to the top. Desaturate (shift+ctrl+u) and set to soft light.

5. Open this texture by dusty_memories and set it to screen. Erase anything thats covering the face.

And voila! You are done :]
