You know I'm not into that pairing. I don't hate Amita, I just think her relationship with Charlie doesn't work and so at some point I'm going to present him a very different woman.

I'm not expecting much feedback on this, simply because of the pairing. But I wrote it because I wanted to, that's all. As usually happens every once in a while, I'm not very comfortable with my writing at the moment. But let it be, he he.

I love your build up to the eventual brake up of Amita and Charlie. I need to keep reminding myself that Colby wont be coming in to whisk Charlie away. This is really good sweetie, whatever you think. :0)

I don't know but I can't see Charlie getting married to anyone really I don't know I just can't really imagine it in my head.

I can't imagine Charlie getting married, either. He's just not into it, he's got another priorities in his life. I'm glad you agree.

And yeah, in my head I have to remind myself that this is het and that there will be no Colby to rescue his Charlie... *sniff* But that's what slash is made for. :)

I can't seem him marrying but who needs marriage, it doesn't change how you feel about the person.

Yeah... "Colby walks in, and..." *slaps herself* Nope, that's not going to happen... at least not here. ;)

I don't believe that marriage is absolutely necessary, and I agree with you that it doesn't change how you feel about the person. The issue is that Indian families have rules for their daughters and sons, and Alan's warning ("Now you'll have to marry her" or something like that) when Charlie met Amita's parents made me come up with this chapter. :)

I'm glad I can make you feel sorry for Amita. Her character has so much potential, but I think that they're not getting advantage of that in the series.
