[ There's a solid thump of a body hitting the floor, and the video clicks on as the communicator tumbles, wobbling and settling upside-down on the ground. And then there's the sound of retreating footsteps.
Dojima's about two inches from the camera, and he's only just on the edge of consciousness; going by the dust on his face, the slightly ragged edges of his shirt and his singed tie, he's been through the mill a little bit. Judging by the Adachi slumped and unconscious and seemingly thrown on top of him, he might still be going through it. ]
Damn... [ He sits up slowly, gingerly, disappearing out of the viewfinder. Adachi slides off and hits the floor in front of the camera instead, out cold. And going by the area around them - well, it looks slightly Inaba-like, but nothing about it is familiar; it could be Japan, it could be some rural town, but it's sure as hell not his rural town, or any town near the area of Inaba. Dojima makes a bewildered, groggy sound, slowly sitting back down again, rubbing his face. ] ... What the hell...
[ After a minute or two, he slowly rolls Adachi onto his back, moving his face out of the dirt, and he frowns down at him. Now he has a problem. He had no intention of helping Adachi when he went to see him - not really, and sure as hell not like this - but there's no prison to drag him back to, now, is there? Never mind that even if there was, he'd have no idea how to get to it from here.
There isn't much choice in it. He'll have to make him his responsibility, keep an eye on him until he can find a station to turn him in to. He runs his fingers through his hair, visibly offput.
... All those other inmates. Are they all dead, now?

It's a good minute or so before he sees the communicator sitting just beyond him and reaches to pick it up, staring blankly down his nose at the camera for a minute or two before he can register the red light. He struggles with the controls for a while, and then gives up and just whacks it against the ground, killing the feed. ]
