Summary: Wandering around Kalm, two SOLDIERs meet again.
Coffee. She had forgotten to bring some from the cafe back in Edge, and had come back to find an empty house that would soon be occupied by a grumpy, coffee-less professor. And even if she didn't want to feel like a maid, peace in the house was a good enough reason to run errands like this. With that mindset, she'd made her way to the market, grumbling the entire time.
Kalm's town square was busy at noon, and she made her way through the crowd, searching for a store. Absently, she wondered how well she blended in with the crowd. A tall Wutaiian woman with one bright blue eye and one silver - she hadn't bothered covering the bionic eye that day, and it had caught a couple of stares already - and noticeable scars... Still, anyone could also see the dogtags and SOLDIER emblem hanging from a chain around her neck.
For a moment, she considered putting them away. After all, news of a SOLDIER in town would at least spread through gossip, potentially ruining their cover, but... That wasn't an excuse now. No one remembered SOLDIER.
Irritated now, she continued on.
