Sometimes I have to wonder if there is a policy of deliberate incompetence at work in Iraq, because I have no other theory to fit the available evidence.

I had various important productive tasks to do when I got back from the DFA/DPO meetup thingy tonight, so naturally I wound up making icons instead. They're largely silly and are up on liberal_icons, although they're more Democratic icons (full of loony lefties like, um, Harry Reid and Bill Clinton).
