I was meaning to write this last night, but my computer wanted to give me some troubles relating to this site.

Fridays, what can be said about Fridays lately besides it is simply the worst day of the week ever. As I was at work for a very slow day retagging everything in the store for 7 hours, and you can just guess the excitement level there...shortly before I would be leaving my roommate stops by to see me and give me some news. He can not afford to pay his part of the rent...That's just fan-fucking-tastic. So now it looks like I'm going to have to move, he doesn't want to borrow money and I don't want to loan him that much money either. He's going to sign me off the lease so nothing bad will happen to my name since it's not my fault, so it's not too terrible for me. I've already got a new place to live lined up I believe, or I'll go back to my dad's for a little while who knows. I feel bad for him though, I don't know what he's going to do about a place to live seeing as he can't afford this one and his family is from a ways away. I'll be moving in with my friend Diandra, who recently had a real bad split with her ex so she has a free room and is also not able to afford her rent, but that is paying for ALL of it instead of splitting it. Hopefully this will work out better at least for the four months remaining on her lease, it'll allow me to find another place to live as well.

I went golfing with my dad as well, that was pretty alright except that well...I really sucked at it. But first outing of the season, it was a warmup. *nods* I head over to the parent's house after the game to pick up mail and all that fun stuff. When I get there I see a decent sized envelope from one of my old friends, it scared the hell out of me. I don't know who would remember my one night stand out in Utah about a year and a half ago now, but I definitely do, especially because there was no protection used. I've been waiting and waiting and hoping I would never hear news about having a kid...well that was who the envelope was from. I was floored, I just knew it couldn't be good, especially when trying to peer through the envelope all I could see was a bolded B. After sitting down at the kitchen counter and finally working up the nerve to open it, I got lucky. She sent me a wedding announcement, she'll be getting married in a little less than two weeks, I was invited to the reception but with the late delivery/sending out of the invitation I don't think I actually have a desired presence....it'd be rather odd I think. Shaking the hand of the groom who I've never met but I've banged his wife in a hotel room. Luckily, there is no chance I could get off work at short notice so I don't have to worry about this. I'll send a card as she was always a friend...well until the incident where I ended up freaking out afterward and haven't really talked to her since minus the kind of weird hanging out with each other the couple days after that. Anyways, long story short, good scare but for nothing except throwing extra stress on me on yet another glorious Friday.
