CLASSES.

Aug 31, 2009 23:33

Today was my first day of class.
Chinese 101 was harder than I expected, mostly because my pronunciation and mannerisms have been heavily influenced by my Japanese studies. I now know not to bow when saying "nihao".
Japanese 201 is, thankfully, taught almost entirely in Japanese. THANK YOU JESUS. Review this week on the last half of the first year, yay.
Japanese Aesthetics is going to be reading-and-writing heavy. But I'm down with that. Especially since we're going to be taking a trip to Seattle for a Tea Ceremony (AND UWAJIMAYA, YAY!) in late October.

OH.

I am still working on fanfics, people. There will be a new one up on Wednesday for Ryou's birthday, come hell or high water. Maybe two this week, if I can do it.

IN THE MEANTIME, TAKE A LOOK AT MY CURRENT PROJECT:
