Who: Lucrezia and YOU!
What: The morning after, the hangover.
When: January 1
Where: The Lobby
The Pope Nicholas V restored the Acqua Vergine aqueduct in 1453 so Romans of her generation could choose to drink pure water instead of resorting to wine. As such, Lucrezia is unused to the effects of alcohol in such great quantities.
She is now fast asleep on one of the couches in the lobby after failing to find her room; she could not focus enough to see the numbers.
Lucrezia has kept herself neatly arranged, with her arms folded under her head and her embroidered skirts draped over her body like a blanket. Strands of golden hair cover most of her face, and she is still and quiet but for the slow rise and fall of her chest. On her breath is that distinct scent of alcohol.
