Who: Teddy and Billy
What: Billy needs a belated birthday party after all those ghosts'n'ghouls.
When: The Monday after the attack
Where: Their room.
Rating: PG-13 in all likelihood.
Teddy feels bad about Billy's birthday being spent fighting the monsters who threatened to overtake their floor, so he spends a good portion of the day baking a birthday cake. After making dinner too, he sneaks back up to their room like a giant green ninja--okay, maybe not so much like a ninja--when he's sure that Billy will be out.
He likes making surprises, anyway.
