Who: Sora, Kairi, Rikku, Yuffie, Riku Replica, Renji, Matsuri, Orihime What: Let the forest adventure begin! When: Thursday afternoon Where: The forests outside the castle Rating: Prolly just G
Rikku double-checked her little bags. Marshmallows--check. Matches, check. Potions and ethers: double check! Despite everyone saying the castle gave you whatever you asked for, she'd been a little skeptical--at least, until she woke up that morning and found her floor littered with sparkling little blue and green bottles, matches, and some new clothes.
So Rikku was decked out in a pair of shorts--they were actually a lot like the ones she used to wear when she'd been fifteen or so; a little longer, and without the frills--a series of new belts with muted tan packs dangling on them and a longer shirt (way more appropriate for going someplace there might be poison ivy) and tall, flat boots. She'd even traded in her larger, circular handled daggers in favor of her old claw device. Checking herself out in the mirror, Rikku felt a certain sense of nostalgia... but at the same time, prepared for some kind of great wild trip. She took the stairs down two at a time, excitement mounting in her veins the whole way.
Down in the lobby, Rikku couldn't remember if they'd designated an area to meet or not. She stopped by the various rooms on the first floor, looking for any group of people that looked like they might be heading on a trip--but no such luck. She headed outside but didn't see anyone yet. So she started circling the castle, and finally found a small group of people in front of the South Gate that looked like a jackpot, even though she didn't see Renji amongst them yet. A boy with the spikiest head of hair she'd ever seen, a girl with red hair, another with long coppery hair, a brunette girl--wow, so many girls! Who'd have thought. Were they all Renji's friends? She'd have to tease him about being such a lady's man!--And no sooner had she thought that than he actually showed up.
Rikku grinned and jumped into the group. Well, so to speak; more like she skip-hopped the last couple steps and announced her presence with a bright, chipper "Heya," right behind Renji. To Sora--well, she presumed he was Sora, he was the only boy so far except Renji and she knew who Renji was (unless the castle was body-swapping people)--Rikku said, "I brought some supply stuff! The castle knew what marshmallows are, and it gave me a couple bags, so... I think, with the little other odds and ends I asked for, we should be good to go!"
[ooc: Feel free to go ahead and jump ahead/keep talking without me. I need to go exercise, and that'll take something like... an hour or two.]
