Who: Riku (from_twilight), Roxas (lineupthepieces) and Sora (chosen_heart) What: Killing zombie competition! When: During the battle Where: Stairwell/First floorish? Rating: PG-13 for wholesome zombie killing
This was a chance to--well, kill--show off what he had learned since he had started trying to take control. He liked to say that he was helping, that he was making sure his Other didn't get hurt, but really...
This was more for himself.
And besides, a little friendly competition wouldn't hurt, right?
Roxas reached the stairwell, sword in hand. He greeted Sora with a small nod. "Hey."
... and he hoped Riku wouldn't knock him out or something.
This was a mess. These things were inside and this was going to get ugly. Still he was looking forward to this, because it was a competition. It felt like old times for a moment- despite the weird scenario and circumstances- and Riku tightened his grip on his keyblade.
Spotting the two familiar teens, he jogged over to them.
"Ready to lose, Sora?" the older boy teased, even if Roxas was here, Sora was really who he was competing against.
So let the killing time beginning, huh? Riku offered a smirk to Sora and Roxas.
He returned Roxas's nod when he saw the blond approach, saying "hey" to him as well. Riku was the last one to approach, and Sora gave him a smirk. "Not in your dreams."
Sora wasn't sure if Riku knew the change of plan, so he jerked his head to indicate Roxas "Roxas is gonna be joining us too." He said, his facial expression almost read like someone who had to bring along his little brother by force. But the truth is he looked forward to it, he wanted to see his nobody fight something other than himself.
As he lowered his arms, he summoned the keyblade so it was present as his arm reached his side. He gave another cocky smirk. "I'm ready whenever you losers are."
The Nobody ignored the feelings that the keyblade (BOTH of them) stirred up. He didn't need it to be able to do better than both of them. These weren't heartless. These were flesh and bone and--he probably shouldn't think about that too much, either.
But he was in a good enough mood to roll his eyes at Sora. "Yeah, sure. Just don't cry."
His eyes flicked to Riku for a moment. Same went for him, too.
"I won't remind you how much you pouted when losing then, Sora." The silver-haired keyblade master moved to stand by Sora's side and then glanced briefly at Roxas. No keyblade huh?
Well...
"I brought tisues in case you need them." he replied at Roxas' comment about crying before he turned to smirk at Sora, "Ready."
