[Outside of Caire Paradisa Vincent has set up a table. The table is covered with a red table cloth, and on that are various items for divination purposes. (Tarot Cards, a crystal ball, etc.) Vincent himself is dressed in a dark green robe and hood, and his glasses have been removed from his face. Posted close to the table is a sign which reads:
