A lunch meeting is fine Miss Sullivan.

Though perhaps "Have an overwhelming desire to find out what's behind all those locks in the journals?" should be edited somehow; I don't think some residents will take so kindly and you don't want enemies before you get the paper off the ground. During is fine.

I'm more researcher than reporter, but if you ever need any information, just ask. You can call me "6".

What business? Why are you meeting with Lex?

Chloe, what's going on?

He's helping me get the paper off the ground. It's not like we're all born millionaires, after all.

Chloe, he's not a millionaire here. At least, not the same way he was back home. If you want money, you can always ask the castle for some, even if that seems strange.

I've been working hard to try to find a proper building, and I've been working with others to get it renovated. Lex Luthor has no reason to be interested in this paper except to make sure there's nothing that works against him being published. He's playing you.

Okay, Lana, I know you might be suddenly older than me now, but I'm not an idiot. I really, really do appreciate all the work you've put in to obtaining that building, but Lex can run the business side of things way better than I can.

And that'll give me more time to dedicate to my role as editor-in-chief.

As a prosecutor back home, I am particularly skilled in securing the needed information to help out certain cases. Perhaps my impeccable professionalism will be of some assistance to your cause?

A lawyer?

You ever try writing an article?

At least you know that I am well-versed.

I have not written an article specifically for a newspaper, but I am certain I can manage.
