[This pony has not been having a good week, and it's only Tuesday. Pinkie Pie is a statue, her friends are suffering losses, and now she's learned that Spike has been kidnapped. There is only so much a Pegasus can take.]

Did your friend Adachi mention he's been infected? Ask around on the journals. There's a whole group of people who've been turned into meanie mean pants even if they weren't that way to start. I believed he may be one of those and so I intervened. I am glad I did otherwise Spike here would be a memory instead of being protected. He's playing games now, well-fed and perfectly content. [And in the background, she might hear Spike laughing at something, proving one of the few points in this monologue that is true.] Once I am satisfied Spike is in no danger, I will take him to you myself.

[...] But maybe I wouldn't have had to if only he'd been looked after more. He's just a baby, after all. [Worried sigh. Like he actually really cares.]

... I know about the people being changed... One of my friends, Jono, said he was too... But he's doing his best to fight it... so even if Adachi is 'infected', I know he'd do what is right... I believe in my friends...

[though that 'looked after more' bit does sting.]

I certainly hope that is true and we can put this sorry mess behind us.

Oh, the guy who saved me said that I probably shouldn't say where I am, because there's a whole bunch of dragon hunters out to try to get me.

YOu know what these guys do to dragons, 'Shy? They wear their scales. How messed up is that? I'm super lucky to have been saved in time.

ou know...I probably am really safe with Fluttershy. I mean, she beat down a fully grown dragon once. Like it was easy.

Then I'll take you back in a couple of days. Travel on foot will take that long anyway [they're only ten minutes away, gosh, gwaine, such a liar] and Pinkie Pie can have more than enough time to make the best party.

[He pulls the journal away from Spike and speaks into it.] We'll see you in front of the gates in a couple of days then, Fluttershy. [And he snaps the journal shut.]
