[Kat's room is a labyrinth. Hallways and corridors break and branch off every which way, leading to rooms here and there with walls covered with computer monitors running through code, and other with projects in various stages of completion.]

[The first few rooms, nearest the entrance, are pretty innocuous, and it's in one of these that Kat's avatar can be found, tinkering with her mechanics or messing with computer code. Further on, however, the computers start flashing images of battlefields. Two battles in particular; one which she was not in, involving three hundred adolescents in SPI armor, and another in which Kat loses her arm and a teammate. The further one wanders into the labyrinth, the more often these images play.]

[There are also periodic windows, looking out into scenes of mass destruction and chaos; gigantic ships hover dim in the sky far far above the ground, periodically hosing the planet with thick beams of superheated plasma. Though miles and miles away and though thick glass, one can still feel the heat through the window.]

[Down a particular set of corridors, however, as one gets deeper, it gets dangerous. Covenant wander these halls, starting with the small and stocky Grunts and getting progressively larger and angrier until there's a pair of Hunters before a final room. If one goes down this path, they will have to fight through the aliens, but there's help; just up ahead, just around the corner, there are voices of the other members of Noble Team, or well-timed sniper shots from the shadows.]

[This final room, where Kat herself can be found, is covered in computer monitors, playing nothing but her failures; most prominent of which is the battle where she lost her arm and, in her mind, caused Thom's death. The journal's been dropped open and unnoticed next to her, playing the sounds as she just stands and watches, unable to turn away.]

[[ooc: If a Grunt gets shot in the head, this happens. Also, let me know if you want to wander down the more hostile hallways. There are ammunitions lockers everywhere, so weapons are readily available, and Noble Team is always just out of sight, so things will never get too overwhelming. There are no maps, but Kat's avatar knows her way around so you can ask her for directions.]]
