36. Plush Tentacles

[Aziraphale had been waffling over whether to say anything to the populace at large; he wasn't sure how badly injured Pharos was, or if his injuries should be made public. It was reasons like this that he usually didn't bother with official reports to Heaven, he was never certain how much was too much detail.1 Still, what had happened to Riful herself was probably useful information, so after a rather awkward throat clearing there is a familiar English accent over the journals.]
You may have already heard, there was an... altercation with Riful yesterday. I'm afraid I arrived a little late to the party, so to speak, and so I'm not familiar with the events that led into the fight or the others involved.
She has been--
[There's a pause, he's not quite sure how to phrase it. She hadn't been injured, per se, but she was certainly much less harmful now.]
--compromised, and as such she chose to flee rather than continue to fight. Her escape was made using a strange Key, though I'm sorry to say I didn't get a very good look at it.
