For those of you following the current effort to gather information on Riful and her activity, I have some new information that might be of some interest.
I rode out this weekend to take at look at one of the map points Ashura and Hinata reported on [He writes the page number below for reference]
My first examination of the circles did not reveal any sign of what they had been used for, either magical or ritual in nature. Due to their location within the Dead Zone, I was unable to examine it in the detail I would have liked, however I did pick up an interesting trace. A trail of magic, if you will, stretching from the location to a point southeast of the castle. I believe it might have been leading to Mineas Well.
My suspicion of this fact is even stronger after what I saw next. I returned to the castle and was able to receive a vision of what occurred at that particular spot.
In it I witnessed the being known as Riful transporting a number of bodies into the Dead Zone. She appeared to be working alone, dragging them one by one into the forest. The effort seemed physically draining for her.
What intention for these people she had I do not know, for mere minutes after I saw the bodies lift up from the ground as if floating.
By Riful's reaction, it did not seem to be something she expected.
What this means I cannot say, but it would seem we are not the only ones here who oppose her.
