[Someday she will not be startled and mildly alarmed when she sees a dragon in the sky. Someday. Her reaction is better than when she first arrived, at least.
But regardless of the mostly-illogical sinking feeling in her gut, that was quite a spectacular display. There is just a kind of awed and cautious staring going on here. From a distance. She’s not going to approach right away, choosing instead to observe for a time before announcing her presence.]
[The dragon seems to settle down, claws crushing down the earth under his feet and his mace-like tail curling around his feet. Bowing his great head, he turns to look in the general direction of Galadriel.]
[Ah, well. She'll assume she's spotted and act appropriately. Meaning she approaches, still keeping a respectful and safe distance, and gives a slight bow.
She's avoiding his eyes, at least until she can get a better read on him. Dragons in her world are known for toying with the minds of elves and men, after all. And as much as she's come to trust Alexstrasza, she doesn't know that he's from the same world.]
... or, well, at least a lot of timey wimey bullshit going on. Aradia drops what she was doing and zooms out the nearest window, flying up to the top of her tower to stand on it and watch. She reaches it just in time to see the huge dragon's second disappearance, and she watches quietly as he soars away to the cliff.
HMMM. To follow, or not to fyeah of course she's following him! Quietly, of course, but she doesn't expect him not to notice her.]
[You think Papa Time won't notice you there, tiny troll? He does, and she feels a bit similar to one of his own brood. The sand flows around him, almost as if beckoning, and he turns his head in her direction.]
[She might have been scared of him before; but meeting Zecora had taught her the value of not judging someone by appearance alone, so she's happily hopping right up to this leviathan.]
Did you just get here? It's super strange when you arrive, isn't it? But not bad strange, just weird strange. It's like an adventure!
[ It's impossible for her not to notice the arrival of a fellow Aspect and guardian. The shift and change in the fabric of world is too great--too distinct and close to the very core of any dragon's being. And to feel just who arrives brings some measure of relief to the Dragonqueen's heart. It has been long since she has met with any of his flight but Soridormi. To feel him is...good.
So with a rumble she stretches her wings from the nearby mountain range and seeks him out, allowing her mind to touch his in welcome ]
[He takes to the air again, allowing the sand to cover him once more. He swims through the air like it is a current, soaring through the sky to meet her.]
[ She shifts some, her massive form causing loose rocks to tumble to the forest below as her claws scrape the hard surface. Wings flap and shift to make movement easier as the red Aspect allows room for him to join her as he pleases, eventually sitting back on her haunches and rumbling ]
Brother...it has been some time. [ see that :'> that was for you ]
[He lands with surprising grace for such a huge creature, sitting in a rush of sand and gold. He has not had time - no pun intended - to sit with his fellow Aspects since long before the Demon Soul was created.
But now, his confusion was driving him to seek them out, and the closeness to his sister lessened the stress of diving into a whole new time system.]
[He leans even closer to the small dragon, taking in the rise and falls of the little one's timeline. He narrows his eyes a little and then shifts to lie down at the cliff.]
