Tenth Negotiations; Action
[Lilah's been walking through town for a while now, looking through the different shops there. There were few things she enjoyed as much as splurging on a few nice outfits. She always liked to deck herself out in things like diamonds and silk. She wouldn't be caught dead in anything cheap, not even here where no one knew of how high ranking she had been in her firm at home. It's a nicer reminder, at least, of the prestige she once had.
After a short while she ducks into another one of the stores, looking through some of the dresses there. She figures that if she does end up going to that stupid barbeque Wesley invited her to, she might as well look as good as she can.
About twenty minutes later, she exits with yet another bag in hand. Perhaps she was overdoing it today, but it wasn't like she wouldn't have other opportunities to wear some of these things.
She stops at a little stand, selling an array of different sorts of scarves. More and more, she's been adding pretty, silken scarves to her collection. Her neck was rarely bare anymore.
And finally, after another hour or so of shopping and browsing, she decides she's done enough for today and heads back toward the castle.]
