[First and foremost, it was biologically impossible. Although not entirely unwelcome. Children were how people lived on after they died, in a way. Which brought up the question of how Weiss would "live on". Nier would die one day. Kainé would die too. Don't think he doesn't know about your silent departure, hussy. Emil promised to keep his memory alive forever (and that wouldn't be impossible, the boy couldn't age), but...well. That didn't turn out too well. The only things he had to prove he ever existed were possibly some documents and an ancient song. Joy.]

Well, that was a rather extensive practice in child rearing. Surely, at least a handful of you have learned lessons from it. Care to share them?

[After that's dictated to the journal, the book is in the library (as usual), sitting on a random table and flipping his own pages to review information and just think. To a passerby, it might look like the wind is blowing the pages. Anyone that tries to close it or put it on a shelf is going to be in for a surprise.
