[The journal picks up a loud yawn as someone wakes up from a nice week-long sleep. Not that he realises he's been asleep for a whole week, of course. He's just been dreaming of living his normal castle life, with no creeper kidnapper at all]
Man, I haven't felt so rested since forever. That's pretty weird.
[After all, he's used to having very disrupted sleep while his body reminds him that, hey, it's in agony. The journal picks up footsteps, then a pause. The view from his window is not how he remembers it]
