[Laura is probably one of the first to arrive, because training is SERIOUS. She's standing, arms crossed by the wall, and it's pretty clear that she is Not Happy, because Julian is a terrible, terrible person. Consequently, she's kind of looking forward to this. It's a way to get out aggression and just shut off and not think for a while.]

[ What else is she going to do in a magic castle? As per Logan's request, she'd nabbed a key for the room, so she shows up a little while after Laura and upon seeing Angry Laura, she knows something is up.

YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT...

[Time for the fun to start. Logan appears up in the booth up top, smoking a stoagie. He flips on the microphone for a moment.]

One rule this morning: don't fuck up.

[ Stirring speech over with, he stares at the buttons for a second, before remembering which ones he's supposed to press to get this party started. The lights drop out immediately, and there's a dim mechanical whir, and then the holographic environment zaps, bit by bit, into view. It looks a lot like a high tech expansive warehouse, and for a brief moment, there's no other sound, no imminent threats, no nothing...

Insert cricket sounds ]

HEY, I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THIS MISSION..

[ Logan. Really? you're not allowed to touch the Danger Room keys anymore. she wasn't really sure what she was supposed to be expecting, but that definitely wasn't it.

besides, dude, you just broke the rule. :D ]

[Eerie quiet continues for a long moment... MAYBE HE BROKE IT. MAYBE HE FUCKED UP. UMMMMMMMMM

then the second anyone takes a step in any direction whatsoevers, the flamethrowers activate, and giant red lasers burn open the sides of those crates. Metallic whirring robots with merciless red eyes come flying out, like a swarm of angry bees. There's some kind of terrible crashing noise off in the distance, coming closer. The flurry of sudden horrible activity contrasts nicely with the silence of five seconds ago.

Logan, up in his booth, smirks to himself and kicks back.]

YOU ARE A BAD PERSON AND YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD

[Divin' out of the way of those flamethrowers and robo-bees, Jono pulls down his mask, and fires a few shots at the lasers and flamethrowers, hoping to take out the environmental dangers first, before tackling the robots.]

[Trying to use the Danger Room this morning, only to find it's occupied? Please specify if this is before, during, or after the X-men training session. You can run into Logan testing out the program, run into him in the booth, accidentally stumble inside while he's on a smoke break and have his program start running itself... et cetera et cetera]

[Zuko has been hearing a lot about the Danger Room lately, and right after taking down some crazy spirit creature seems like the perfect time to go check it out. He still has some steam to blow off.

Not being exactly technologically-minded, Zuko heads in without even thinking to check out the booth. Just cautiously peering around wondering where the hell all the 'danger' is supposed to be]

((ooc: after? idk, whenever it would make sense. the only way he's going to learn about the danger room is if someone shows him. ...violently. lol))

[Oh hey, Logan's still up in the booth, going over videos of what just happened, when suddenly the board in front of him lights up.]

TRAINING SEQUENCE REACTIVATED.

[He glances over.] What?

[Once more, all the lights drop out down below, and the holographic projector fills the surrounding area with a dark warehouse environment, eerie silence taking over for a moment. Logan leans closer to the glass, but his cigar casts his own reflection back at him and he can't see anything down there.] Why's it--

[Moments later, the flamethrowers kick on, right across Zuko's path.]

[his bewildered staring around is interrupted by sudden FIRE, and it has him leaping back, throwing out a fireblast of his own to help deflect any of it from hitting him]
