We got up at 5:00 this morning, only to find out that school was delayed so Sandy went back to bed, and I slipped and slid to Archbold to work out at the Body Shop. Slipped and slid back home for a shower, and eventually both Fayette and Wauseon (and most other area schools) cancelled for the day. Of course, Sandy is always pleased to get a day off of school, but today was especially fortuitous since we're still rehearsing and preparing for our concert Friday night. (You all ARE coming, aren't you? 7:00 PM at Pettisville Missionary Church, corner of Fulton County Roads D & 19, no admission [love offering], child care for babies and pre-schoolers, and the chance to buy our brand-new CD for only $10!) So she's dividing the turkey she cooked Monday into freezer portions while I pay bills, and then it's practice, practice, practice! Should be a good day.
And the CDs came yesterday! I can't tell you how exciting that was, to open the first one and look at the efforts of 21+ years of marriage and ministry all wrapped up and stored on those little silver discs. I hope everyone likes them! We only ordered 100 to start, but when those sell out at the concert, we'll be taking pre-paid orders for the next however many.
Well, better get busy! Have a great day; we will!
