I was looking for information on a block of chocolate I just bought at Whole Foods (Caro), and I stumbled onto
this page. I don't mind extra flavors like caramel, malt, and mocha and that it "distracts" from the chocolate flavor (as the author does). I'm also not as picky about my chocolate and don't really care about the slight differences as long as the chocolate tastes good, so this list will give me a few more brands to try. I wonder what he'd think of the Joseph Schmidt bars...
