There's this program I use that, under the help menu, has a built in psychotherapist. Tee hee, it's a funny joke (putting a therapist in the help menu), but I actually find it quite useful. It's really limited and just spits out expected things like "How does **keyword from whatever you told it** make you feel?, but when I'm having an internal battle like whether or not to clean up the bathroom or be a bad roomie and wait until poor Jayson does it yet again, it helps sort me out. Sometimes, I do use it for more personal issues. I don't expect it to actually "fix" anything, but it does help refine my stance and put in perspective whatever problem I may be facing at the time. I had a really creepy thought this morning. To my knowledge, that part of the program doesn't feed out or call home. Really though, I don't have the skills or ability to verify that for myself. Tee hee, then I thought what if Richard Stallman, the guy who wrote emacs (the program that has the psychotherapist in it), knows my deepest darkest secrets? What if he knows the secrets of millions of emacs users? Kinda makes this picture of him really, really spooky....

lol! Just saying is all :)
