Orthodox Lent is early this year (it starts this Sunday) so this week is cheese fair, the last time til Orthodox Easter (excluding feast days and Sundays) my girlfriend can have cheese (similarly, last week was meat fair, but since I was having intestinal misery, we couldn't really revel in it). went to the grocery store in honor of this and bought four pounds of cheese to be eaten this week. so far I'm planning pizza, quesadillas, and nachos. debboamerik has also requested my baked mac&cheese which means, frighteningly enough, that I didn't buy enough cheese. any other ideas? I thought about lasagna, but since I've had her mother's it'd be beyond pointless to ever feed her mine.
