the poor ankle that struggled to walk...

My ankle that i sprained around november is haunting me! tuesday i went on a journey on foot with my friend from the art building to the music library and then to the admissions office, which is clear across campus from the art building. I'd say about a 15 minute walk up hills and a bunch of stairs. well, we rode the bus back to the art building and everything was fine. then later that night, it hit me! my ankle started hurting and it still hurts with each step i take. I feel like just dragging my foot around. i know this is one of those injuries that'll stay with you for the rest of your life, which makes me angry. i can't walk for a long distance without pain stirring up. i'm thinking i might go to the doctor for this, but i hate family doctors! they always give me an appointment with a PA not an actual doctor. then they give me the impression that i'm a bother to them, one time they diagnosed me with an allergy infection when i really had bronchitis and they never like to be questioned. they once diagnosed my mom with gout and prescribed her medication for it when she later found out she had a fracture in her foot not gout! my allergy doctor is a great doctor though, i trust their word. but of course they can't do anything about my ankle. bleh and i'm such a germ freak. i feel gross and silently freaked out when i go into a family doctors office. i also have no insurance. all of this makes me sad. =(
